"Scheduled me for a tow in and exhaust repair a month out, wich is fine places can get busy. I called day before appointment to remind of the tow in they said yes we will get it. Day of appointment nobody showed . I called later that day they said they had an emergency call didn't bother updating me. Couple days go buy I called and they said the tow truck is out but they will get it after it gets back..... Still nothing. Called again and they said that Monday they'll come pick it up. Monday comes and goes still nothing. It's been close to a couple months now since the appointment was initially made. I get it if they're busy but just be professional and update the customer. Or say that they can't/don't want to work on something. I could have called another tow company and had it brought in. Be honest and professional!"
