"Got overcharged for a charging system test. Also, the guy who was there on Sunday was supposed to call me when done, call me with estimates, and call me to inform me what was wrong. He did none of these. I showed up 10 minutes before close, when he saw me he was visibly upset and cussed. He had the register almost closed out and had to reopen it cause I needed to get my car. The charging system test took the tech 10 minutes, which I paid a half hour labor (50ish dollars), even though they have a charging system test advertised well-below that price. I had no intention of complaining as there was too much to complain about. The service writer had no clue what he was doing and only cared about leaving early so he could open the garage and work on his car. The only thing positive was the tech diagnosed my car correctly. However, I will not go back there, nor do I recommend anyone go there."
