"We got home… there was hair in the Mashed potatoes ( clearly not any of our it was BLACK) . We called and asked to speak to the manager on duty. Well we were very nice at first he told us everyone in that kitchen was wearing a hairnet all day so there’s no way it could’ve happened… We replied telling him it was gross to have hair in the food in the first place but to deny it and not fix it is even More disgusting. He told us we were disgusting and if we didn’t like it to not go there… So that’s how it will be!"

"The food is almost always made wrong, and recently I've had some disgusting food be given to me. I had two large sides of Mac and cheese FILLED with meet bits, it wasn't the burnt edge of the container as is tasted just like the pasty meat. Disgusting."

"We waited in the drive thru line for an hour. Once we got our food, it was cold. We took a peek inside the window and there were plenty of people inside working so I’m not sure why it took so long."

"2 cars in line...me being the 2nd. Just to order took 15 minutes. Another 10 to pay... then an additional 10 to get my food. Food that I received was wrong, cold and the chalupa tasted like old fryer oil and was broken and a burnt cracker. Inedible. Now I don't have high expectations with fast food but this was very disappointing to have wait so long for such a bad food and a incorrect order. Good luck turning that location around."

"Went to restaurant ordered food and then asked when they where making my beefy cheesy melt to steam it. The cook had sarcastic attitude saying he was doing that. The they never announced our order being done so it sat on the counter a few minutes. No ice for the soda machine. Which is clearly marked but not the issue. My issue is that we ordered 28 bucks in food and never received our crunchy melt black bean taco."
