"Generally when we go here we have a good experience, there are occasional order errors such as tomatoes when no tomatoes were requested, and sometimes it looks like the lobby hasn't been cleaned in a while."

"Cost over 30 dollars for two meals. I don't even mind that so much but for Pete sake can't you guys stay consistent?!! I asked for fresh fries cause I had to pull forward to wait for one of the burgers. The fries were trash. My big Mac was drenched in sauce. So disappointed."

"I ordered a sausage Mcmuffin without sausage and add bacon. i came home to enjoy my food but saw that they added sausage even though the receipt on the bag said no sausage. I've ordered this several times before and have had no problems. very disappointed"

"I used the kiosk, as I always do, and the kiosk was broken, so I went to the counter where 4 employees, including the manager, looked at me from the prep area and ignored me for appx 2 minutes, not once saying the basic, “We’ll be right with you.” My order was ready in a reasonable amount of time, but when I got my fish fillet, noticed a number of small spots appearing to be mold. I showed the buns to the manager, she immediately offered to remake the sandwich…and then forgot about for about 4 minutes until I asked, and the manager indicated she forgot, apologized, and immediately remade the sandwich. When she brought me the replacement fillet of fish, she showed me the buns which showed a pattern of black spots that she explained wasn’t mold, but that they steamed the buns and that the steamer must be dirty. She offered a refund in lieu of the remade sandwich. I heard her telling her team about the steamer problem, and one of the staff suggested that the buns “always come out like that.” It floored me that there is such a lack of attention to detail and food safety awareness that, for at least one of the staff, having the bun steamer steam dirt into the buns was “just what happens.” I actually feel bad for the manager, who seems kind hearted in spite of being distracted and a limited attention span-or maybe she was just having one of those days, like we all have. But Food poisoning is a serious problem, and it shouldn’t be left for the customers to decide how much risk to shoulder from a dirty bun steamer. Clean it!"

"The cleanliness of this store is disgusting. They insist you use their kiosk to order but the greasy, covid handprints are so bad you dont want to touch it. Just like the floors in the pictures. The shear laziness of the staff to not actually clean the floors but yet put a “wet” floor sign out is ridiculous. Its not wet, thats grease they track in and out of the kitchen. For days its been like this. You can obviously see how long it’s been with the outside grease tracking on the pavement. The staff cleanliness isnt the best either. Their shirts are stained with grease and food residue. It explains the floor and Kiosks cleanliness. These are the same folks who wanted to get paided more money for the same, well looks like less, work nowadays. Truly shameful to call a professional workplace. Do better"
