"We rented a couple of bicycles for a few hours and everything was great! The staff all were very friendly and helpful, even storing my large bag for me while I was biking. The bikes themselves were in excellent shape — I’m a novice rider, but felt very confident riding the sturdy and comfortable bike provided by Riverside Cycle. I would definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking to rent a bike in the area!"

"Tried to downshift while climbing the bridge over the Merrimack River & completely pretzeled my chain under the front chainring and around the crankset. Limped the bike over to Riverside Cycle where a mechanic quickly fixed the problem and salvaged the ride. Thanks for the quick service."

"We had a terrible fiasco traveling to salisbury where our bike rack broke & several bikes were ruined. Luckily no one was hurt. Riverside cycle was amazing!! They welcomed us with open arms into their full service store. Repaired 3 bike tires & a rim whilst we waited. Excellent customer service & super accommodating. Ty so much for saving our family vacation !!"

"Visited on 3/20/21 Extremely helpful staff!! Ironically was looking for some grips on the web and found the same ones i wanted in store!! The staff was so helpful in directing me to the bike accessories section of the store and was extremely informative and knowledgeable of the products and of bike related information. They do repairs in the shop downstairs and were beyond excellent customer service skills and put the grips on my bike right after purchasing! The staff here is what makes the store so grand to visit !! Camden was the rep i was working with, i had called the store earlier in the morning asking questions if they could put on some custom pieces i bought, which they can do downstairs in the workshop, and he also helped answer questions about choosing the right chains for my bike! They’re very helpful and are ready to answer any questions you’ve got and help you out! Thanks for all the help and getting my bike customed grips today ! Was able to enjoy them day of afterwards on a nice ride on plum island!"
