Fit" was. She said she needed the stock number. I asked her if she couldn't look up Afterburn M. Fit to find it. She said, "No." So it's back to Amazon. I'd rather give the money to the local B&M, but if they don't want my business..."

"Spoke with a sales rep asking about an exchange program for people who need only one- shoe/boot/sandle/slipper. I don't have a right foot, someone out there may not have a left foot so allow me to get that left foot shoe and they the right foot shoe at reduced price. I've been a Skechers wearer a long time before becoming an amputee cuz they are just plain comfortable footwear. Thank you in advance for your consideration about this."

"Bought some Skechers on line and needed to return 1 pair. Found out I could return them in the store instead of shipping them back. Went to the Pembroke store and the associate who assisted to me was more than helpful and pleasant. There was a glitch on my Mail order but she was able to fix and make my return smooth and effortless.While in the store couldn’t help but notice the large selection of shoes and some great prices. The store is immaculate and well planned out. I will definitely be revisiting in the future for some new purchases."

"I purchased a pair of Skechers snickers on-line for my husband for Christmas and he loved them. So I decided to visit the Pembroke location on Saturday to find a pair of light weight boots as he is on his feet all day. I had questions so I looked for an associate. There were 2 associates there both smiled and the young lady, Kristen, asked how may she help me. I asked my questions and settled on a pair but unfortunately, they did not have his size in stock. She located them at another location. Said they would be at my house in 7-10 days. well they showed up on Tuesday 3 days later. I have worked in the customer service industry for 20+ years and very rarely do I have the experience that I had at a retail store in a long time. With the pandemic and everything going on in the world, to have someone so proud of what she does is amazing! Polite, Knowledgeable, and courteous. I will be a Loyal Skechers customer for life."
