"Don’t go here. Spent 30 minutes standing waiting to pick up skis I paid a ton of money for a tune up on. Kids have no urgency or customer service skills. While the kid at the register was taking forever with the two customers before me, the kid in the back tuning skis sat and watched me wait for 30 minutes and said nothing. When I finally got spoken to, someone walked in behind and the tune up kid comes right over to help him pick up skis immediately. I’ve spent $1,000s here over the last couple years but definitely bringing my business to some of the other local spots in Duxbury and nearby"

"I went to try on some ski boots today and was helped by Sophia Van Sickle. Despite having several customers to attend to she managed it quite well. She was most helpful and very knowledgeable about all the different boots you had on the wall. She made good suggestions and was very pleasant and proffesional. 3 people including myself all walked out with new boots. Kudos to her for giving great customer service, I would consider her a valued employee which seems to be a rare thing these days. Thank you for a pleasurable buying experience."

"Bought a bicycle from them online at a great price and had it delivered it to their Pembroke store (assembly free) and every employee there was just incredibly nice and above and beyond professional when I arrived to pick it up! The fact that they all seemed so legitimately happy says a lot about how this store is managed. One employee even volunteered to help me fit my new bike into the back of my 4Runner...in the pouring rain! First experience with these guys and will definitely be coming back! (Just spent +$100 on a bunch of accessories online at ridiculous sale prices, too!) Thanks very much!"

"We stopped into this location to get outfitted for the upcoming winter season - grew up snowboarding, but have recently transitioned to skis and we're ready to have our own gear. We got paired up with Andrew and I'm so glad we did! He payed attention to what we had to say about our budget and skill levels, and was super knowledgeable about what type of gear was best for us, as well as about the gear they had in-store. We felt listened to and taken care of, but never pressured to spend more money or get something we didn't need. They had a great selection and the store was nicely organized to boot. While we were getting checked out, another employee was very patiently helping another customer with goggles-the employees were taking their time with customers and it was such a pleasant customer service experience, overall."
