"I called Brad at the end of a long list of shops I was getting quotes from for an alternator. Brads shop was the cheapest shop available by far. I'd told him I'd give him a call back. I choose to go with him and called hoping to schedule the closest available appointment. As everyone knows that's not always soon and when you're out of a car it can be a real problem. Brad informed me he was booking out a couple of weeks and asked if the car was driveable. I told him it was and, he said if I wanted to drop it off he could possibly get it done in a few days. I brought my car in on a Wednesday evening and expressed how badly I needed it as soon as possible. He told me it would be done by Monday hopefully sooner. I received a call less than 24 hours after dropping off that it was fixed and I could pick it up. Not only did Brad fix the problem I came in for, but he also noticed I was low on oil and filled it up before I ran into any issues. 100% will come back for more service and recommend this shop to everyone."
