"Last week, I needed a battery STAT. I had an appointment at 4pm so I stopped by about 20 minutes prior since it was very close to where my appointment was. I wanted to at least get my battery tested so that, assuming that was the issue, I would come back after my appointment and get it installed. Chris was working that day and not only did he test it quickly but he was able to get it installed within 15 minutes so that I could make it to my appointment with 5 minutes to spare. And he was very friendly and answered all my questions confidently. Outstanding service. Thank you, Chris!"
"Had exactly what I needed and for a good price aswell."
"The manager at this store is completely useless. He refused to warranty batteries because I transfered the batteries from one vehicle to another saying the warranty was not "transferable". Then this idiot could not even produce the warranty, when asked he walked me over to a sign on the shelf that just says 3 year warranty. He argued every question I asked and absolutely sucked at customer service. He completely refused to show me where the warranty said I can't move the battery from one vehicle to another, refused to show me the warranty at all claiming he did not have to, refused to honor the implied warranty, then when I pushed, he printed off an employee guide about warranting batteries sold by sears which still did not say anything about "transfers" the way he was trying to make it work. He was obviously confusing transferring owners vs just moving the batteries to a new vehicle, but he's so belligerent and superior he could not admit he was wrong. And once he found out he was wrong he just tried to hide his mistake by hiding the warranty. Before I left he gave me the number for "corporate" which turned out to be a fake number."
"Bad customer service today. Very disappointed. Man not helpful or even wanting to help. I called the store last night and got a quote on a battery for our skidder. Went to pick it up today and this man said they couldn't look up a battery for our skidder. When I explained the man did the night before he told me he couldn't have. I showed him a picture of the battery we were taking out of the skidder and he went to the shelf and brought it over however he quoted me a price of 100.00 more! I told him I didn't want it and the reason and he said nothing. I then went to So. Paris me store and bought it for 85.00 cheaper than the ugly man in the Auburn store today. Will not be going back to the Auburn store. We have bought many batteries for our vehicles through advanced as we like the die hard brand but will not go back to Auburn!!!"
"Upon entering establishment, I noticed several employees either having their mask under their chin covering nothing at all or having no mask period - So even though they had a sign on the door requiring masks, most of the employees weren't actually wearing, a mask. As for what i was there for; even though I was clearly looking for something as I quickly combed the aisles back and forth.. none of the employees came up to me offering help, I guess they were too busy hanging around talking story, to offer help with my search. So all in all; most of the the employees of this business (but not all).. are unsafe and not interested in offering customer service.. they'd rather sit around talking story and wait for the customer to comb the entire store and then approach the counter and ask for help."
