"Ordered 1 sweatshirt and 1 hat from embroidery artwork on file. Given a 7-10 day turnaround. Ghosted. Poor communication. Poor record keeping. No accountability, just excuses after 6 weeks. Would not recommend. Update 3/2/23, owner John reached out third party to ask me to remove the review and give him a chance to fix the order. I removed the review, emailed John. He responded he would look into it and be in touch. John did not respond within 4 days. Waste of time. Ghosted again. Cant handle a simple order of one sweatshirt and one hat. 2 months and nothing!"

"Ordered shirts from them for the research lab I work at, and the entire process was absolutely painless. Kind and supportive staff, a quick turnaround on the shirts, and very easy pickup. We supplied the design for the shirts, and Impact was very good about showing us mock ups of what they would look like so they were sure it would be what we wanted, and they turned out looking excellent. The print has stood up to an entire summer of field research on the water, and everyone at the lab is very happy with how they turned out. A great experience all around."
