"If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been weeks without pants that we pay for. Constantly bringing me the wrong pants and can never seem to locate after. Definitely advocating my company to drop cintas and move onto something better. If I had it my way they would’ve lost the business years ago."

"I used their services for around 2 years. We had a great driver that could solve issues and used to update the order to our real needs as the sales person told us it would happen. I think they changed the company’s rules about a year ago and we are having problems since then. Last week they tried to delivery 3 bags of rags (towels) and wanted to charge me $68. I refused the service, but the driver signed as NSA and they just charged me anyways. Don’t work with them. Don’t waist your time. They start well and then add extra charges without previous notice. I tried all communication options to try and solve my issues without have to come and let a bad review with no success. I had issues with orders for more than 4 times on a row."

"Absolutely one of the worst companies out there. Service is terrible . They just drop off anything to fill the order no matter if you need it or not . Absolutely no contact with area supervisor ….even after countless messages. The drivers have no idea what’s going on at all . When asked to adjust a product they tell you …we just drop off what’s on your order. Cant get a time right , they show up at random times of the day . This list can go on for miles . Wish there was a negative star rating..and never mind the contract part ….would not recommend Cintas to my worst enemy…."

"My company has been utilizing the services of Cintas for uniform services for the past 15 years, and I would highly recommend Cintas to any business looking for a top tier uniform company. They provide much more than just uniform services; they can provide custom logo floor mats, bath towels, outer wear, fire retardant work wear, management of first aid supply boxes, etc. Their dedicated account reps do a great job of keeping the account neat and orderly, and ensuring that any issues that arise are quickly resolved. "My driver Leo is wonderful! He went through everything with me fixing and organizing all 3 uniform areas. If I text him a question he answers. Unlike our original drive. You can tell that he actually cares about his accounts and doesn’t just blow you off. I can’t say enough good things about him!!! In my opinion he would be a great account manager! If it was my company I would want someone like him taking care of the customer account. The reason for the 3 stars is do to our account manager. Joseph C. He never answers my calls or calls you back. I tried to getting in touch with him for 3 weeks at one point. Phone calls, Emails, text messages nothing!!! It wasn’t until one of the hire ups in my company called him and told him to call me that I actually received a call back. One of the owners shouldn’t have to call him and tell him to contact the person in charge of uniforms! When he did call me he apologized and told me he has been really busy, which I do understand. It gets crazy busy were I work too but if someone try’s to contact me I at least text or email back that things are crazy and I will get back to them as soon as I can. Not ignore them! Also, the ppl washing the clothes have a bad habit of putting uniforms in the wrong areas. We have lost uniforms do to this and have to pay to replace them. My guys have a lot of issues getting there uniforms back! Leo has had to go searching for some of our uniforms because they were not where they should be. Plus most of the patches fall off the uniforms do to them not being put on properly. I’ve even had new uniforms show up with the patches falling off already or upside down!!! Hopefully they will address these issues and I won’t have to find a more reliable uniform company."
