"If you don’t have at least 20-45 minutes to waste just to get the sandwich made, don’t order from here or come here. Even ordering online and they take FOREVER. Then after finding out 3 of my 4 (one of which was a hot one) sandwiches sat on the counter for 20 minutes while I waited for the 4th, when I asked why they sat there so long I was greeted with attitude from the employee with her asking “well we didn’t know, what do you want me to do?” Pretty much enough to say I won’t return to this Jersey Mikes. I’d also like the tip back that I paid when placing the order. Nobody earned it today."

"When the Auburn location first opened it was great. The last few months it has been horrible. Sandwiches are just thrown together and are a mess and they been putting less and less on them. Just tried it once more tonight. We were the only ones there. The girl had to ask us 3 times what we wanted before she payed attention. Then the girl putting on vegetables put on vegetables not asked for. She said it's automatic. No just pay attention. When I got to cash register I asked for managers name she said why, I replied because I have to report the service is horrible and the Sandwiches are a mess. Her response it's Tedo but he is at another store for awhile. Well Tedo you better come back and retrain your people at your Auburn store. They don't have a personal qualities and are doing a terrible job. Our last trip here."

"Placed an order online. It states my order would be ready at 2:56 pm. Drove to pick up sandwiches which were not ready. At 3:10, I was still waiting. I watched them make every sandwich for those in line and IGNORE the online orders. I asked about my order and was told they were swamped with grub hub orders and said mine was being made right now. Not a single order went out the door that was for grub hub, only those who came in to order. At 3:20 I again asked for my order and was told they were being made…I asked for my money to be credited or get me my sandwiches…again was told they were making them. Only after every person in line was taken care of were my sandwiches made. I got my online order at 3:35, exactly one hour since I placed it online! There were 5 employees working and NO ONE seemed to be in charge or know what was going on. SEVERAL other customers came in and had the same issue as me. This is the 2nd time getting my online order from this location with issues and won’t be going back. The least they could do was give a discount or a free sandwich but offered nothing for their poor service. I won’t be surprised when I hear this branch is closing!"

"Been here a couple times now. Usually my sandwich is made beautiful and correctly. Went there today and ordered my usual #9 mikes way. The man that made my sandwich did an extremely poor job to mine and all the people before me that i could see. He skimped out on my meat for the sandwich and didn't do the full amount. Threw all the toppings on, didn't care if they made it onto the sandwich or just the counter and called it good. Didn't spread the mayo on mine. The man who ordered before me, he did the same to him, didn't spread his relish at all. My sandwich looked like half of it had meat and toppings, the other half was just bread. That man needs to be retrained and also start taking pride in his work. He is a very tall dark man, not sure of his name. I hope this establishment starts to get more consistent on the people they train."

"Waited 40 minutes for my sandwich. There were stacks of orders all waiting to be made. People came in while I was there waiting for my app order and all walked out before me. They made all the walkin orders first and just left the app orders. I had to go so I asked how long. I don't know was the response. I said I have to go can I just get a refund. He had no idea and after another 5 minutes of waiting he just said here and gave me a receipt. No refund shown on the receipt and he didn't know why. He called the manager who tried to walk him through I think he just gave up and handed me a reprint of the receipt. I'm still being charged and see no refund. I'm estimating based on the pile of app receipts I had another 40 minute wait. That's the last time I go there. They were working so slow. I never seen anyone work so slow in my life."
