"We've unfortunately needed their services 3 times. 1st is a job that has been completed, 2nd is in process & the 3rd is just starting the insurance process. And before you say it (We were rear ended on 2 and one was nailed while parked.) Every interaction with them is pleasant and clear. They have not made a promise that hasn't been kept and more importantly don't make them easily. It's a body shop and stuff happens, appears & is complicated.. Above all their work has been impeccable not only in my car but my friends as well!"

"Eckhoff don't own that anymore someone else took it over and using the name didn't even put on a new management when eckhoff own it he was the best around did not know it was under new management took my car there they did not do a good job at all took it back to have them fix what they messed up and still didn't do a good job horrible work plain and simple"

"I know that eckhoff doesn't need my review but I have to speak of how highly they run a business. I had an emergency and my car was in Tip-Top shape and no time he knew exactly what was wrong mechanically had it fixed and had the body work done in record time. I'm one of them dumb asses that didn't have insurance in NH so I had to pay it out of pocket. Believe it or not it was affordable, yet they've never cut Corners like average "garage" I appreciate these guys they work hard to do the job right their honest & professional. Most of all their about their customers not about the money!!!"
