"Have used boulder hill for our three vehicles for years, every inspection repair oil change, with no issues at all. Until last month… which is why I’m changing my 5 star review. Dropped our truck off Monday, stopped by Thursday to find out why the truck hasn’t moved and the owner explains he’s been crazy busy short staffed he’ll get to it first thing tomorrow morning … Ok that’s understandable especially these days. But we get a call Friday that the keys to the truck were lost at the beginning of the week. Ok we have extras but why did we get a different story the day before??? Thankfully the following week the owner located the key, and yes he did offer to replace to key the previous week. Which was not the issue but being lied to straight to our faces is an issue. No harm no foul, we moved on to another Mechanic but I wanted to update my review."
