"Ordered 4 chili dogs, chili was so old & thick it tasted burnt. Zero cheesecake flavor in the Red Velvet Blizzard. Sizes have shrunk, again, for same price. Outrageous price for sub-par food."

"My friend I went to get some ice cream. I was disappointed with mine. I had gotten a banana split. I have not been there for a while, and when I ordered mine and got it, it just did not seem right. I remember having lots of whip cream, nuts, and a cherry on top. There was barely any whip topping. When I got the receipt, we were charged extra for the nuts and whipped cream. It was an ice cream sunday. I would think that there would be nuts and whip cream on it. I am just disappointed with the time I was there."

"Was disappointed when I asked for the chicken basket, & was told it was no longer available. Being gluten-free, it was the best choice for me. Now I have to order a cheeseburger, & can not eat the bread, therefore I am throwing away half of my meal. Wish they would consider putting the grilled chicken back on the menu."
