"I went into the store looking for a protein powder that would help with my weight loss. I also wanted to find a product that would help me as a pre-workout because my current one was not working like it used to in the past. I was helped my the store associate Ashley Risk. She was very nice and listened to me as I explained what I was looking for and my needs. She took me over to the Lean Shakes with Slimvance and explained how it works, and why she felt it was the best fit for my needs. She then showed me the best pre-workout that fits the type of workout I do in the morning. She was very knowledgeable of your products, she listened to what I wanted and my needs and did not push products on me that did not fit my need. She was very patient and did not rush me. She made sure that I got everything I needed and asked if I had anymore questions. I made my purchases without any doubt and LOVE the products I am currently using. She is a great asset to your store and I wish there were more individuals out there that took the time to research and listen to their customers!!"

"Sales associate was shouting and cursing at his phone when I walked in. He didn’t come out until I had been in the store for 5 minutes. I was ready to be checked out and then he tried to tell me I needed probiotics and vitamins for the protein I was purchasing. He insisted that I didn’t know what I was talking about and tried to belittle me. He then continued to try to sell me the 40$ member ship, and I told him no. He continued after I said no several times. I had to waste my time talking to him for 10 minutes because he wouldn’t stop. He was rude and hostile. Whoever was working on 14jun22 around 7:00pm should be out of a job."
