"We are in the process of buying a new 2023 5th wheel and after reading many posts about getting an independent inspection decided to go forward with that. We were able to find Mountain Mobile RV Services on our search and contacted them. From the beginning to the end of this whole process we were extremely satisfied with Troy and Michelle’s inspection. They went above and beyond from the first phone call all the way through. Their constant contact with us through the day of inspection was so reassuring that our 5th wheel was being inspected without missing anything. We missed a couple of things that were not right that they found. We truly believe that the dealership would have bypassed some of the issues that they found. Water damage/roof issues were a concern for us and through their intense inspection have alerted us to a potential problem in the future. They were able to document with pictures and videos the inspection process. A comprehensive report was sent to us for review. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Troy and Michelle on the phone and knew that they have a passion for their business and compassion towards their clients. "We were camping in the area and the support arm on our awning snapped off. This prevented the awning from securing to travel trailer. Troy and his son were able to squeeze us in the next day. They luckily had the needed part (exact match) and they were able make the repair quickly. They also noted the possible cause on opposite side that may have caused the issue.
