"Took my truck in for an oil change and while there was a issue I wont discuss that except to say that the service advisor Bruce and the owner Chris handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, understanding and accountability. I was very pleased in my interactions with both of them and their handling of everything. In my opinion they both show exactly what it means to give quality customer service. "Tried to get an alignment done here but they said they wouldn't touch it because of all the new suspension parts put in. Don't waste your time here go to a garage that will actually do the work their supposed to. And not be scared of a little extra work to align it. No wonder why I hear never go to crest all the time around town"
