"I brought my car in for an oil change & the service was impeccable! They inspected my car as I hadn’t realized mine had expired. I also asked for new winter wipers. I was emailed a list of other items that may need service. I will definitely recommend VIP to everyone!"

"I would give them 0, they quoted me $150 for a band-aid repair I asked for. Then they told my wife it would be $300 on the day she dropped it off for the appointment (wich they couldn't get to that day) and in the end they told me it was going to be $750 because they couldn't do the job they originally agreed to do and nothing would come apart. Well guess what, I used to be a mechanic and had already taken it apart once, I just didn't have a new gasket when I put it back together."

"I initially brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I am so glad I did because during the all point inspection it was noticed that front end assembly plus wheel bearings on my right front wheel needed to be replaced! I didn't even realize it was an issue! I then was able to get rescheduled back in a few days later after my regular place I usually go to couldn't get me in until the middle of January! I've been very pleased so far with the service I have received from VIP and the staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful!"
