"Check in was great. The wait time was reasonable. My one issue is that I asked about using a coupon I received in the mail and was told I could and that they would compare the savings with the online coupon and use the one that would save me the most. Great! When I went to check out, this did not happen. I made the tech aware that the online coupon used was not better than the one I brought in. The tech quickly changed it to the better coupon."

"I was more than satisfied from the time I arrived until I left. Jasmine kept me in the loop and advised me of the need to replace my wipers. I told her I would address that at a later time, but given a little thought I went to the parts window and purchased a new set. The parts man, sorry I didn't get his name, took them out to my car and kindly put them on. I could not be more pleased with this dealership and look forward to doing all my business there in the future. "Thanks for the good service, Toyota of Brunswick. I was a little surprised at the 1.5 hours to make an oil change, but I'm glad it's done. I appreciate the service guy's extra step in asking his supervisior if anything could be done to ease my pulling down the rear door."

"Received a call from Lee several weeks ago offering a $9.99 oil change and scheduled an appointment. Service was fine and service rep pleasant. However, when I read the invoice, it stated a bill of $74 and change which immediately got my hackles up. When I pointed it out to the service rep and explained the offer I received on the phone, he apologized and explained the folks who make those calls don't annotate the discounted rate on the appointment. He fixed the price and all was good. However, for the distracted customer who may not take the time to review their invoice, this could become an unpleasant experience. Simple fix Lee, have your service sales people annotate the special discount on the appointment so everything looks above board as opposed to a bait and switch and your service rep isn't left hung out to dry."

"Buying a vehicle here was easy. The staff was extremely friendly and did not give me a hard time about any of my requests. Scott, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I had to give them a ding, it was that the vehicle price didn’t match the msrp and I was almost unable to acquire GAP insurance. I will pay attention to that next time and ask more questions so I can understand it better. However, I was able to acquire it and everything went as planned. We had told them our timeline and they worked diligently to ensure we would be able to leave the lot that day with a vehicle. Thank you to all that helped make this purchase."
