"As I’m Reading a lot of other reviews in regards to the staff at this location, it is very reassuring, cause these people suck! Morning manager with the Karen haircut and glasses is always very rude. And the front counter lady with a headset on that kinda resembles a character from the Hills have eyes was very rude because the OJ had no taste and I asked for another drink. Would give 0 stars if I could."

"The staff that w was on duty that night was horrendous. I usually go during the early afternoon and never have a problem. The food is always good and the staff is amazing. The night crew needs to get their act together!"

"The staff here were very dull. Especially the one who was also taking drive through or phone in orders. The apple pies were beyond their serving time so had to be replaced, but the freshly cooked replacements left a lot to be desired. They are a different recipe to ours in the UK and were quite sad and tasteless, and lacked the crispy pastry of the original apple pies. Very disappointing."

"Sep 14, 2023: 3:15 pm, Manager on duty made no attempt to stop a young male(about 12-14 years old)for riding his foot scooter around the dining room. In and out around waiting customers and tables where people were eating. Other younger children out of control . This happens frequently. I go there 2x a week for some quiet time and a meal. The owner also owns another McD's at the Maine Mall. That one is filthy also. Stay way from these two places."
