"Just as I was getting ready to become a regular patron and leave Dunkin... Ordered a croissant with egg, and they accidentally made it with ham. I took it back and ask them to remake it and now i have an egg sandwich that tastes like ham. Anyone who has gotten sick from pork before knows this is bad. I always leave a tip and I really wanted to like aroma Joe's. Update: I gave them another chance and its been great service."

"I will never return to this location! Im was picking up an order for 2 people. When I got to the second window the blonde haired girl with a blue tie dye sweatshirt had an attitude and threw the customers order in my hands which caused coffee to go throughtout the entire bag with a sandwich at the bottom. The refused to remake it and closed the drive thru window in my face. I've worked hospitality and food service jobs my whole life and never would this be acceptable."
