"I have ridden up north for over a decade on an ATV in the summer and 2021 is my first year on a sled. Since I live in Central NH, I don't have any relationship with any dealer or shop up north yet. I made a call to Dalton Mountain Motor Sports on a Friday to ask if they had any carbides in stock for my sled since my dealer near home was out of stock. They confirmed they had some in stock and I mentioned I was going to be riding by on my sled the next day and THEY SAID THEY COULD INSTALL ON THE SPOT! I came from 2+ hours away in Southern Maine to service my sleds here because of the incredibly quick turn around they quoted(along with good reviews online!) "I've now been in a couple times to Dalton Powersports in Berlin. One day we were riding and one of my atv's broke down, we were able to limp to the shop, and even though that they did not have the parts in stock, the mechanic there was able to temporarily fix the problem so we were able to ride the rest of the weekend. On top of it, he was very busy in the shop and took time out of his busy day to help us out. The other time that I was in I was asking about a new model, but was not sure if it would fit in my trailer. They were kind enough to let me test if it would fit in the trailer. Although it did not fit, It was a very gracious gesture. I would highly recommend Dalton Powersports as they have excellent customer service"
