"Took a trip to Mt Washington with the family and unfortunately my car broke down at the top. Mr Auto to the rescue in more ways than one. On the way down he had told me his shop was closed and he was busy that day, being the weekend totally understandable. Being from our of town we weren't sure what we were gonna do, we were scheduled to leave the next day. Once we got down to the bottom he pulled over and took a quick look at my car and realized our problem. He decides to call his wife and tell her he was gonna be late because he couldn't leave us stranded and off to his shop we went. He opened up just to help us out. Took him 30 min to fix it and we were safely on our way back to our hotel. Not only was he kind and courteous, he was cracking jokes with my daughter who was quite nervous going down the mountain in a flatbed, which definitely helped calm her nerves. His cost was far less than I expected due to the nature of the tow and having to open his shop just for us. Never thought I'd tip a mechanic, but he deserved it. I HIGHLY recommend this company! If I didn't live 2 1/2 hours away he'd be my new mechanic for sure. Thanks again Mr Auto for all you did."
