"I love this place! Firstly, I appreciate that the food is Organic. It is hard to find places to eat that serve Organic food! They serve a wide variety of very delicious smoothies, brunch foods, fresh pressed juices, snacks, and some sandwiches. I love that they default to gluten free bread too! My only suggestion would be to add just a little more to the chicken salad sandwich- I loved it but it needed some pickles or some extra lettuce to add the crunch factor. The atmosphere in here is such a nice vibe- there are real plants everywhere, a trendy modern wooden style to the decor and furniture, and it feels so bright and roomy! The bathroom was super clean and even had a little plant cutting on the sink. The restuarant feels interactive as well. There's a nice photography wall, a cool moss mural, and lots of little things to look at and take pictures of. And lastly, the customer service has always been excellent. I love to come and grab my favorite: Avo and egg toast with pesto drizzle and everything bagel seasoning, paired with whatever smoothie I'm feeling!"

"Healthy and fresh bowls are definitely a good concept that is in deficit in Portsmouth area. The problem was food quality. Ordered 3 harvest bowls for lunch take out. Order was waiting for me on the shelf when i arrived. Never tried quinoa that bad (stale and dry! cooked a week ago?), beets smelled like they are rotting (had to throw them out of the bowl). Hummus didn't look fresh either. One of the bowls missed apples altogether. This place wouldn't have survived in Boston. Not coming back here, unfortunately."

"Place is cute and i’I’m sure the smoothies are good. I was looking for something new nearby for lunch and came across this place so I decided to try it. Worst burrito bowl I have ever had. I like my burrito bowls simple, so this seemed perfect for me as it had everything I like in it and I added chicken. Presentation was nice and it looked delicious, but the chicken was dry and the whole thing was really just not good."

"Everything is fresh, house made, and healthy! Cute decor and vibes. The blueberry pie smoothie is one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. I tried the protein waffles - they’re not overly flavorful but they are still really good. Wish I lived closer to the because it was seriously hard to choose what to eat!"

"It’s local, organic and delicious. We got seasonal pumpkin spice bowl. It was fresh and very tasty. We sat outside at the cute outdoor sitting area. Everyone was friendly and it was very quick wait for our bowl. I would definitely come back."
