"Great food, atmosphere and service. My wife insisted me to try my very 1st raw oysters, surprisingly I went for the 2nd one. Everything was fresh. Only thing I would recommend is to improve their beer (IPA) selection. Overall great spot..."
"They have great seafood options and the staff is very friendly. The service was quick, the starters came out quickly and the entries arrived after we had time to finish the starters. The staff was attentive but didn't make us feel rushed. The dining area is comfortable. The lighting and dark wood provide an atmosphere of privacy in a setting that otherwise may feel crowded. The portions were larger than I expected for the reasonable prices."
"Wonderful food!!! This is one of the few restaurants where any food genre is created and presented exquisitely. Order German fare and you're in Stuttgart; Italian, Bologna; Greek, Athens; Steak, Kansas City; Seafood, well, coastal New Hampshire, of course. Are you in the mood for quick lunch fare? The fried chicken is unmatched, even by chicken specialty restaurants. ALWAYS inquire about their specials. At this establishment the specials are really special--and delicious and well portioned. There is a well-placed handicap spot. It is on the salt marsh side, so during heavy rains and high tide that area does flood onto the tarmac. In that case, simply park on the street side and wheel to the entrance. You can also take-out without concern that the quality will suffer. I can honestly testify that their take-out is much better than most dine-in restaurants. I hate divulging this extraordinary eatery, but I know you'll hear about it sooner or later. Bon appetit."
"Have been here a few times, this time for lunch. Extremely busy for Thursday lunch, our waitress did the best she could keeping up. Front host seemed a little on edge and unfriendly. They have some really awesome homemade dressings, try em with the side salad or fries. Coleslaw was run of the mill, surely needed salt and pepper to jazz it up. Homemade tarter sauce, chunky and a good mix of sweet relish in it. Food came out hot, smidgen of a wait, little gritty on the whole belly clams and some flour chunks in the chowder. Might have been an off day for them, previous meals have always been spot on. A little on the pricey side, to be expected for thr type of dishes served. A huge bar available and what looks to be a decent Bloody Mary based on other tables orders."
