"Ordered at the kiosk and the order didn't go through to the kitchen but it said on the screen that it was paid for. The manager wouldn't help and told me to bring my bank statement in for a refund. I guess they have no way of telling whether I paid or not or just couldn't be bothered with the hassle of making it right. I use the kiosks at other stores with no problem and have had problems twice at this restaurant."

"You just can't good respectful help. Not only do they make you feel like their doing you a favor !! There the ones that choose the "job". Anyways I could really go on but I won't. Took 20 minutes in the drive through once I already paid and got my coffee. 20 minutes later..."

"The quality of the fry was no fresh. The Big Mac didn’t look like a Big Mac people needed more training to properly prepare the meal. The black girl at the counter ( no discrimination, I just don’t know her name ) NEEDS to learn to smile and proper manners. Exe Hello and thank you. Or welcome. While waiting for the food her face was no pleasant and don’t welcome person when approached. Neither when bringing the food to the customer. The customer thanks her and she didn’t respond. Please employees people with proper knowledge and matter."

"Went there for dinner and ordered a big Mac meal. Got my food and my Big Mac was so sloppy and messy. Who ever made that used an obnoxious amount of Mac sauce. You couldn't eat it with it falling apart the way it was. My hands were covered in it. Either the person was new or the Mac sauce bottle exploded. 75% Mac sauce + 25% the rest of the sandwich. My wife's French fries had hair in it and they forgot the second burger on the whole thing. Not the first time we've had a not so good experience there. Better to go during the day. Food is better."
