"It is not a very good Dunkin’ Donuts because the service here is kind of rude most of the time and they are you doing older stuff like coffee and donuts which is their main stuff. They also usually forget have your order see you pay $40 and then you get $10 worth of stuff. I am usually very generous with reviews, but I had to be truthful here."

"i tried ordering two large blue raspberry energy punches, and two sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin. the women that i was ordering from through the speaker took a good five minutes to understand what a blue raspberry energy punch was, and still ended up getting it wrong when i received it. not only that but when i got to the window she was very rude. she had her hair in a two colored scrunchie (red and white) and had glasses. she would roll her eyes every time someone tried to order while i was up there. dunkin, your food is decent, but the people hired, are not. the only person that has truly seemed kind and caring were jonathan. please rethink some of your hires!"

"Always have to ask for extra strawberry dragon fruit and I always get an attitude or get told no we can't. I'm so sick and tired of it. You can get extras on ice coffees without a problem. I'm looking for alternatives. Hate dunkins I get drinks several times a week"

"Poor service. I went into the store, very disorganized, staff doesn't know who is doing what job. I have been here several.times, each time same results. I have witnessed customer asking for.refunds their order took too long.to get. Update, tired of waiting in long lines for poop service so I tried the mobile app. The app works great, get to the store for.pickup, no food upon arrival. Ask the person behind the counter and get attitude like we hadn't place an order. After a few words found they trashed our mobile order and still had to wait for our food. Can't win here! Not worth the fustration. Update12/2020 Service was getting better, placed an online order and selected types of donuts I want it, only got a few the rest are pretty random Update 8/2021 Service is much better. Everyone was working together, orders flying out! Way to go."
