"Not coming back to this Aroma Joe’s again. I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady opens the window and just stares at me. I say hello to break the awkward silence and she responds with “You want to order today sir?” I order my food and hand my card to pay then throws my card at me and slams the window close. Extremely rude, very disrespectful."
"This location always has the nicest people working there. They always have great coffee and have many different flavors. Never have I ever had a bad coffee from this location."
"I wish I could say I had a nice experience, I get my coffee 24oz 2 cream and 2 sugar very simple. I was greeted by a very RUDE young lady. Who then proceeded to make me my CREAM coffee. There is no coffee I have a cream and sugar coffee. With how my coffee was prepared and the rude service I received I will not be back. You up your prices and have rude staff members who can’t make a coffee."
"Usually a great friendly staff, efficient drive thru service with the option to walk up to a window if the car line is longer than you would like. I have enjoyed most of the drinks and food I have purchased. They are a small location and as such may occasionally run out of "bakery" items (muffins, donuts,etc)"
