"Posh Ice Nine Acre has the best ice for drinks and cocktails. Hard, clear, square cubes. I have molds for large squares and cubes but this is the ice for cocktails or dinner. You can’t make or buy ice this good."
"Horrible horrible experience. I’ve been supporting the store for years now. Went in bought their overpriced beer and one of the cans was dented nicely. I immediately drove back. (I live right around the corner) Tom, who has always been friendly with me, decided he was NOT going to exchange the defective can and instead turned me away rudely in front of another customer. Flabbergasted and embarrassed I returned to my car. They lost a very loyal customer with me that day. Penny pinching over the thousands I have spent in there over the years.. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of better liquor stores in Concord."
"Super friendly place. They know the products and are happy to help to find what you want."
"I wanted a bottle of rose wine, cold, and prefer French wines and in the fridge the only French bottle I saw was on sale. I am generally leery of buying "on sale" wines in new places because you often find it is because it has gone bad. But I just didn't want to drive to the grocery store to by a bottle, well you've probably guessed that is was bad. I used it as a teaching moment for my daughter - what do they mean by "corked" - why do you smell the cork etc., I then poured it down the sink. Lesson learned I won't be going there. Oh and they are more expensive than most."
"Good selection and solid service but prices on the high side. I guess that is reflective of a Concord establishment."
