Reviews
"Only pharmacy in the entire region that manages to have my prescription in stock during shortage. Pick up time fluctuates, but only about 2 hours after what CVS was doing. The store staff are very kind and personable, the pharmacy staff were very helpful after a drs office/insurance issue. They are definitely the most understaffed of the major pharmacies in the area, but they do a good job."
"Many members of the pharmacy staff at this Rite Aid are curt and even rude. The head pharmacist refuses to allow a person to pick up opioid analgesic prescriptions prior to the very first day of the next month's Rx. She considers herself to be above the insurance company and my doctor's allowance of picking up 2 days prior. She is very abusive and unkind. This unfortunately means that most every month I have to stop my schedule set by my doctor for taking my medication and go without for many hours when in pain because of her need to have power over "her" patients. It is disgusting! If you can avoid using this pharmacy, I would highly recommend it."
"I’ve been going to rite aid for 4/5 years and it’s just getting worse and worse. I had a serious complaint with how someone spoke to me. It’s been a month nobody contacted me. I’m assuming nobody cares, I understand there short staffed but so is everybody at this point. Some people depend on Medicene to survive and waiting 3 days for an auto refill is unacceptable. Being told that your medication isn’t priority is even more unacceptable."
"Great care by the pharmacist. Needed cardiac meds for a canine. She was very compassionate. The service was quick. She was the only person in the pharmacy area. It was very busy. She should not have been alone. Definitely needed a pharmacy tech."
"Pharmacy management needs to be completely replaced. I had a pharmacy courier order and drove an hour out here, came at 7.30pm (hours said pharmacy closes at 8pm). Was told be the (very helpful) retail staff that they changed their hours a month ago. So for a month they couldn't bother to take 30 seconds to update their hours on Google? Now I lost $60 and two hours. It is unfathomable to me how this level of incompetence is even possible. For an entire month to pass without something this basic and fundamental (for a brick & mortar store) being done. I'd be surprised if they manage to get people the correct prescriptions at all."
