We went there, grabbed a few more, and she asked at the register about the soil out back. He wasn’t welcoming to begin with, but made it seem like we asked the world of him by simply requesting to order some soil. We’ve gone to this store for years and usually have a decent experience, but the way he made us feel was unacceptable. I’ve worked in customer service for years and no matter how stressful the job gets, you should be treating each person that comes through with kindness."
