"People were working on the meal boards above the food, no tarps no protection. 3/4s of all the drinks were empty, had to go to a 5th choice. The lobby music was hip hop super loud, couldn't listen to my own video, totally gave me a headache. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs"

"I refuse to go anymore! I ordered two different times online, go to pick up my burgers the way that I order them, only to get home and find four toppings that I didn’t want on my burger. What was not acceptable was having to go back 2 more times and they still didn’t make them right, then another trip to get the refund (FYI: refunds are done online now, not in person). I was a loyal customer for decades, but seriously?! Too much aggravation, wasted time and wasted gas for me!"

""Absolutely NOT OKAY! This place used to be good. I used to live across the street and go every other week when I lived in South Paris and went to high school at Oxford Hills. Anyways, what had happened was I gave my father my card to use. He gave it to the woman, but she did not return my card. She gave us the food, and now it's 2 days later. I looked up my account balance to make sure no one had used it and I had just misplaced it, but now there are 2 separate charges of $100 to a Cash App, and there's no bill from Burger King. The lady also didn't give us a receipt. I will not be returning again. It sucks because the food isn't bad, but the service is terrible. No one wants to be robbed by your employees. Do better in training them and finding the right people"
