Sam’s Italian Foods

"UPDATE: This store has a local reputation for being too expensive for the skimpy food they serve. I took the pizza back to Sam's and complained: First, it was a 9 inch pizza in a 10 inch box. Second, the toppings were extremely skimpy, given the high price. The explanation that I was given is that portions are set and decided at a corporate level. Someone needs to tell corporate that they are going to lose this business because they are so skimpy with the food and yet expensive. I paid almost $13 for a supposedly 10 inch Sam's Hawaiin pizza. It is a 9 inch pizza (I measured it) and there are almost no toppings on it. The first two photos are the Sams pizza. The third photo is a pizza from Ralphs Variety in Rumford. As you can see, the Sams pizza is pathetic, for the same price. I am so disgusted that I did not eat the pizza and will be returning it tomorrow. I will not be buying food there again. Do not recommend unless you are desperate."

"Haven''t been to Sams in awhile decided to take our Thursday night crew there tonight like 16 people. Some orders were fine very pricey got breadsticks menu said $7.99 charged for reg. pizza $9.99 $2.75 SM. TAP soda 2 people got steak sub menu said onion,peppers,mushroom they got nothing but some steak ,little cheese barely mayo not good.ordered spag. for kids got this small plate with little spag and little sauce expensive another ordered anap. salad only had 2-2in pieces of meat did send back 3 people waited for thier order at table never came they finally went to cash and thier food been sitting on counter.We did not leave there full or satisfied"

"Hot sandwiches were cold. Request for extra mayo not done. Rolls were old and hard. Less then 1 slice of ham and cheese on 2 large sandwiches."

"Great place for lunch. The pizza a coworker got, looked delicious, I had an Italian sausage sub, the sausage was cut up into pieces and I was expecting a full sausage but it was tasty. There were interviews going on in the dining room and that didn't seem appropriate, It felt a bit awkward so I took a star off."

"To the corporate office, your sausage is a bad choice on the pizza. Meat lovers pizza is to greasy. To the store, certain conversations should be kept to themselves. One employee was very disturbing with his loudness of voice. Goofing around can be done when store is empty."
