I had a bacon cheeseburger, my friend a double cheeseburger… they were real good and hearty and tasty… and the french fries were outstanding… seemed cut fresh at the diner. Will definitely go back…"

"You'd think that a diner that is easily 5 miles from any other options would have plenty of business just by being mediocre. That they wouldn't even need to try. We didn't have high expectations on our stop at this diner. Boy, we were pleasantly surprised! This diner brings their A game, even though they don't have to We got a bacon cheeseburger, Philly steak grinder, and their "mix fries" (poutine). Everything was tasty and hot. The grinder bread was clearly homemade and phenomenal!!! The owner (I believe?) was there on her own and 3 parties walked in with us, one being a larger party of six. She handled everything perfectly, never missed a beat, and even managed to call in reinforcements (another woman came in to help) while cooking, taking orders, delivering food, ringing people out, etc. Portions were good, not crazy huge. (I hate huge portions, so wasteful!) They were just right for having a good hearty lunch. Highly recommend, we will be back. Nice scenic ride from Fort Kent. Might even take the drive just to buy some bread!"
