"Lincoln House of Pizza crafted us an incredible off-menu pizza. We called in our order - a large buffaque chicken pizza - and they seemed unsure about what we wanted. Buffalo AND barbeque? On one pizza? Oh yeah. Blue cheese? Yes please. 20 minutes. We walk in as our pie is rolling out of the oven - it's beautiful. We watched it get sliced and boxed before receiving it, with a warning to hold it level. Nice. It was amazing. The combination of buffalo and barbeque was just right, with the perfect amount of chicken on each slice. That blue cheese? It was ON the pizza. And so was regular pizza sauce. This pie was saucy, cheesy, and the crust was crunchy but still soft. Amazing. I hope this pizza gets added to the menu so you can try it too."
