"Ok Citizens here we go again! you've changed your on line banking format again and made it even worse. Now when I go to bill pay which is now at the top of the screen instead of down the left side after clicking on the Citizens Icon, you log me out and I have to log in again and the same thing happens again! I call customer service and have to enter my name, the last 4 of my SS number the entire account number and then my complete SS number and can speak to someone who can't help me . She transfers me to someone else who wants my full name and SS number again and then disconnects me. Do I get a call back . No! I think I am done with Citizens."

"ATM never works ever can’t even make a deposit without creating a line for the atm because it keeps spitting money back out when I’m trying to deposit. Going somewhere else from now on"

"Great staff and great management! There was a very rude and aggressive man who used the R word during his transaction and my teller expressed that the word is offensive to use! The man ended up being more aggressive and calling my teller the R word as well and because of this, my teller’s coworker who was servicing the man at the time, refused to help him. Management came over to have a better understanding of the situation and backed up his staff, GREAT management! The man swore at them and left the store screaming."
