"Don, in flooring, is the most helpful and kind person I’ve ever met in retail. What a great guy. He knows his job and does it well. When I went to the store today to buy more tile I was so happy Don was there. I knew he would help me. Kudos to him. The company should be grateful to have such a great employee."
"Pretty much like every other Lowe's Nothing made it stand out from the ordinary... Update: Perhaps I should have been more clear.. The #1 reason businesses are successful is "Consistency " That means if I am in Mass. I expect that Lowe's to be fairly similiar to the ones in NC with exceptions to the local demographic.. No harm,no foul was intended or to be inferred."
"If you are looking for. Rude aggressive Behavior You should stop in and see Randy at the pro desk. As you wait in line he will skip over you to address female shoppers in line after yourself.UPDATE 8/29/23. I get a pre recorded response pretending to care so i call to get a computer generated customer assistant.. Lowes as well as store ownership do not care about the consumer only your hard earned money.Noone answered my call..CONSUMER BEWARE .."
"GET APPLIANCES DELIVERED AT YOUR OWN RISK. I have been in a battle with Lowe's all week. Monday they delivered my new refrigerator, I was not home my Dad was there to receive it. When I returned home I noticed it was full of scratch and dents, I asked my Dad why he didn't refuse the order because the condition it was in, he said well I didn't know if you purchased it at a scratch and dent sale. I called Lowe's they stated I would get a call in 24 hours with a new delivery day and time, I never got a call. When I called them after the 24 hours they said they were overwhelmed with calls and I would have to wait yet another 24 hours to receive a call for a new date or they could offer me a $25 E-card to keep it with the dents and scratches, I literally laughed so hard at the women on the phone and asked her would you pay $2200 for a refrigerator that was not supposed to have dents and has dents for $25 off the price and she had nothing to say (not to mention I offered to send pics so they could see the dents). Meanwhile this refrigerator is sitting in my living room and my existing refrigerator is literally on its last moments (reading 45 degrees in the fridge compartment) I am now using a cooler with ice for my food. The next day I called back yet again and the gentleman I spoke with offered to make me an appointment for the new delivery right away, I asked him why he was able to do this but no one else had, he said I apologize but I can't answer that I don't want to get in trouble. I explained to him that I was now living out of coolers with ice and he said mam you can always plug the new one (the dented one) in and use it in the meantime, I said I thank you but why had no one else tell me that prior to you he said he was sorry again but could not answer. I said so when they get here to deliver the new one they will wait for me to empty the refrigerator so they can take it with them he said absolutely they do it all the time. Makes me sick to my stomach how we had been treated before this last gentlemen. They have a rude awakening coming because now that I can use the dented one in the meantime I will not except another one unless it is flawless, I don't care how many times they have to come back."
"Im helping my husband renovate our attic for the boys and our basement and our to go to is Lowes. They have all you need and if you are looking for blinds for your windows I would also recommend to get them at Lowes rather than general supermarket. The quality is really good at almost same price and it lasts longer. Our kids love to come too and they get fascinated with all the house improvement items they find in every shelves. The employees are approachable and nice. They assist you in every way they can and they are polite too."
