Kilwins Chocolates, Fudge, and Ice Cream 150 Water Street, Plymouth, MA 02360

"I really want to love this place because they do have good chocolate and ice cream! But Christmas Eve will be the third time we were charged for something and when we opened it at home or the person who was gifted it opened it we were missing items. This time it was 2 peanut butter trees, so we paid $10 for items we didn’t get. My mother was also charged twice once in the same day and called multiple times to get it fixed and never heard back. Unfortunately I’m not sure if we’ll keep going here if we have to check our bags every time before we leave! Editing to add, thank you for the reply! I did call, but was told there was nothing that could be done. It was not the owner I spoke with and I apologize, I did not take down a name. As for my mother, she unfortunately never got a call back. This was a few months ago so she gave up! Thank you again for the reply, next time I’ll ask to speak with you!"

"The smell when you walk through their front door is absolutely amazing! Fudge, turtles, ice cream, homemade waffle cones/bowls.... Oh my gosh! I was salivating like a little kid! The salted caramel ice cream is TO DIE FOR. The waffle bowl was warm, the ice cream was cold and it was so incredibly delicious! This is not a "one and done" type of place, let me tell you. Go as fast as you can because it's THAT GOOD!"

"Honestly, I went here cause they accept credit cards (and some other local ice cream places don’t) — but was delightfully surprised by friendly staff, beautiful shop (with ice cold AC), and wide selection of excellent ice cream. I only wish they had a place to sit and enjoy it. I got Harbor Mud. YUM."
