"My husband and I have been staying at Mirabeau for the past 4-5 years. The rooms are beautiful and a relaxing ambiance fills the entire place. Walked into a room with rose pedals everywhere and a warm fire place! Our recent stay felt as if the secret was out about Mirabeau and Mirabeau was just flooding the gates, because the spa staff seemed stressed.The aqua room was packed with people and no lounge chairs available, the hubby and I soaked our feet in the little foot bath which was gross filled with random debris floating around. The spa rules are to be respectful and quiet along with no phones but there were different groups of people talking and laughing and on their phones. The massages were great as always. Our service at dinner was great but I ordered the salmon and later on when I got home I was curled up in the bathroom vommitting. I believe I may have gotten food poisoning, my husband seemed fine, but he went with the steak dinner. We won’t be coming back for a while."

"Mirbeau is the single best spa I've been to in New England. Excellent atmosphere, kind employees, and wonderful drinks. (Ask for master bartender James to make a cocktail for you!). The relax room is mellow and warmly lit, with a foot soak pool and a beautiful cloud mural on the ceiling. The spa treatments are luxurious, and the staff are skilled. The hot tub and solarium outside are nice reprieves from the winter cold and are wonderful in the snow! The rooms are luxe, with deep claw foot tubs, big showers, and big beds. That said, you won't be spending much time in them! Notably, for people who want an adults only experience, the spa does not allow minors. It's a great getaway from loud kids. The food and drinks are very expensive, but inflation has hit most places hard, so I'm not surprised. I'd say this is the only downside."

"Such a beautiful place with a bad service. I sat at the bar, it looked pretty empty (2 people), and waited to be greeted, the bartender was doing something on the computer, totally ignored me, and I had to ask for a menu. I ordered a salad and it took over 20 min!!! , unbelievable, I asked the bartender about my salad he looked surprised, went to the kitchen, came back with it and told me oh your salad was waiting in the kitchen!! I didn’t know I had to go and get it myself! Ridiculous. A couple sat next to me, and they had to ask the bartender to clean the area because it was so sticky. They also didn’t clean my area when I sat.. oh you have to ask for water service too! Not the first bad service I had at the bar!"

"The spa services are expensive but they include hours in the world pool, solarium, and a tranquility room. You can spend the day there. It's a beautiful getaway. Especially in the summer months when the Monet garden is in bloom. The restaurants are gorgeous and the food is lovely"

"I felt like I had to leave a review due to the incredible experience I had. Mirbeau has always been a favorite of mine ever since the new head chef took over! He absolutely gave the bistro the face lift it truly needed. The new menu has something for everyone, being vegetarian and gluten free I often find it difficult to go out to dinner. This is always my first choice for 5 star dining above and beyond. The bistro is truly an experience I highly recommend!"
