"I went to the store like I usually do every morning to purchase a snack for my son's school. I picked out two bags of chips and cookies, but then realized my son only wanted one bag of chips. After I paid for the items, the cashier told me to return the extra bag of chips. I explained that I was in a hurry to get to my son's bus stop and that I had never been asked to do this before, neither at that store nor any other grocery or retail store I have been to. Later, I went back to the store and spoke to the manager about what happened. The manager defended the cashier's actions by mentioning his long employment history. As a loyal customer for many years, I was shocked and disappointed by this unprecedented level of poor customer service."

I've never really loved the coffee at nearby neighborhood cafes, and it took me far too long to discover that the people who run this place take their coffee seriously! Be warned that some of the prices are outrageous, others are on the high side of fair... and very few prices are marked so it's always a surprise at the checkout."
