"No plastic bags for veggies. Many herbs blank. Those there not the freshest. Only 1 line with a cashier. Ended up checking out myself. No one at the seafood counter at least the last month. Thinking of switching to Shaw's."

"I usually shop at Dave's market and for convenience I decided to go to stop and shop on Warwick avenue near the Cranston border. Everything seemed to be good until I got to the express checkout. Stop and shop has a lot of b....lls asking 10cents for a shopping bag. Every other item that I scanned through the scanner was interrupted. The girl with her huge attitude was put out that she had to keep coming to my register to correct a problem that had nothing to do with me, lie it was my fu....king fault. After bagging my groceries the bag ripped apart and I had to ask for another bag while the attitude attendant was standing there watching me. Now I know why I shop at Dave's."

"Store always well stocked, people working there very informative and polite. Not pleased with self-checkout, and stores policy of charging for paper bags. Plastic bags banned in some areas of state due to the ecology. Why charge people for the conveying of their product which they just paid for?"

"One of the best supermarkets in Rhode Island they have a bit of everything the produce is second to none. The steaks are also fantastic and reasonable priced. There seafood is some of the best in town. Summertime is here so I make all my beach trips stopping by and stocking up on cold cuts, and fixes for sandwiches and goodies for the beach"
