"Great pharmacy. Order ahead, ready when expected. Not so at the "other" local pharmacy. Placed an order there the day before. Went to get it the next day and it was not ready!! 24 hours later. No so at STOP and Shop. Nice folks, clean and timely."
"I have been a customer for years, I am delighted with the service I receive. The Orleans S&S Pharmacy crew are good, friendly, attentive, customer-focused and our family appreciates them very much."
"Every member at this pharmacy has always been delightful and extremely helpful. 5 stars all the way!!"
"So I've been using this pharmacy for a long time, and have used every month straight for 6 years. It used to be very friendly but aside from a couple of the techs who are great but I had horrible experience with some new woman as pharmacist and this new old guy who told me I had refills so I went to get it and a different pharmacist told me I didn't have any refills for that prescription! I was so upset not only that this old guy who they hired obviously doesn't have any idea what he's doing, plus there's another new pharmacist guy maybe in his 40's for no legitimate reason won't let me fill them a few days ahead of time, you can get them 3 days ahead and he's profiling me and putting non rational rules like he f'in owns the place. On the other hand Adam the pharmacist is awesome and always makes sure I'm taken care of properly!!!"
"I stoped to ask as a provider and as a patient for what inhalers recommended for post COVID the pharmacy carried. Not only for my self but also for the countless patients I treat. The pharmacist was very rude, belittling and out right judgmental. Declined my request and would not even acknowledge the credentials I wanted to present her. She made up her mind that there is no such thing as a young and Latino doctor, never mind one that would want to ask her as a pier for what medications her small pharmacy carried or might have to order. Instead she was intended in proving and haughtily test me out loud and in front of other customers across the store for my knowledge and to prove to her if I was a doctor. She insisted in declining to provide for a prescription not wanting to listen to my question. I had not asked her for a prescription and told her I can do that my self, but asked for what could be easier for her pharmacy to carry and dispense in the steroidal and non steroidal inhaler therapeutics… lady get over your self you should not have this job! I wear my name tag, my embroidered scrubs and my hospital pass on me as I came to ask her this question. Not a hood sweater, sky mask or panty hose but for her reaction you could have though she was dealing with a drug dealer out of a crime movie. Feb 1 @ 7:00 pm shift Whomever you were I hope your bigotry finds a better niche to trive and fester, one more suitable to your judgmental poor mind. Her coworker was as dumbfounded as I was. Fire her! She has no place amongst us health providers. As far as I am concern none of my patients will be filling out prescriptions here. Yours Dr. Rodriguez"
