"Pharmacy techs get busy and cannot always fill the prescriptions as quickly as they'd like, which is perfectly understandable. However, their customer service here is awful. Just went to pick up a script that was called in this morning. It wasn't ready when I arrived - no big deal. But the way the techs berated each other and blatantly ignored me as they each tried to blame the other was entirely unprofessional. Hate getting my script filled here. The techs need to be retrained!"

"I have been going to this location for prescriptions since moving to Orleans in 1989. It was great when it was Brooks and, then Rite Aid, but has plummeted in quality of service since it became a Walgreens. The pharmacy situation is awful - hours are 10-6 M-F and NO HOURS at all on Saturdays and Sundays. With my work schedule I am going to need to change my pharmacy."

"Since Walgreens took over this former Rite Aid store, the pharmacy has deteriorated rapidly. The former Rite Aid staff, who were a high-functioning team, have mostly left in frustration. The new staff do not know any of the customers, whereas the old team knew every customer's name and medications. It's clear that he new folks are completely overwhelmed; there are not enough staff for the volume. It now takes days to get prescriptions filled. I just waited on hold for 35 minutes, trying to find out if my 2 prescriptions were ready for pick up. I finally had to hang up without ever getting through. And if I go there to find out, I'll be standing on line for up to an hour, and will most likely find out they are not yet ready, even though they were called in days ago. Errors and mistakes are happening with greater frequency. Customers are furious. This is a town and region with a generally elderly population, and we can no longer rely on what used to be a really good pharmacy. If you need prescriptions filled, please run to another pharmacy. This Walgreens is a complete disaster."
