"I shop here at least 2-3 times per week usually right before close. Lorna is the best employee/checkout person/customer service person I've ever dealt with and I'm lucky to run into her almost everytime I shop."

"Stop and Shop of Orleans has improved their sushi tremendously the past year. Ngun is so polite and makes great sushi with great tasting ingredients. I WAS going elsewhere for sushi but I’ve changed that because of the quality of product they’re putting out, not to mention the great customer service."

"I’ve always loved shopping here until this Sunday night i was casually shopping when i realized this employee kept watching me ignored it because i was like whatever (i don’t even have a criminal record) but she kept watching me which obviously seems like she was looking to see if i’d steal anything, i finished shopping and was in the self checkout when i entered the wrong kind of peppers so the machine called for assistance then she came up and i was trying to explain what happened she instantly cut me me off three times and i was like that’s really disrespectful she was like “well sorry you feel that way” harsh tone That made me feel targeted by Trina that was her name."

"I went into this Stop & Shop early on a Friday morning. I just needed to pick up a couple of things that were on sale, according to the weekly flyer. The sales tags weren’t up yet (since it was early in the day and they hadn’t gotten around to it yet), so I was trying to figure out if a certain item was the one that was on sale. An employee was there and, without me even asking, went above and beyond to make sure I was buying the item that I wanted. She was so friendly and helpful. Then I went to the meat section and looked at the ground turkey that was listed on sale, and another employee made sure that I was getting the correct one..again, without me even asking! I was really impressed with the friendliness and customer service in this store. One minor complaint (thus the 4 stars): the new policy is you have to buy paper bags for $.10 each, and I had to buy one when I forgot my own bag. It ripped when I brought it to the car, and it wasn’t even heavy."

"I'm a Stop and Shop girl through and through, and wanted to love this place but don't. It's super clean and they have all the same cheap organic stuff you can get at any other S&S... But why no self-checkout? Especially when employees seem more interested in themselves than in helping you..."
