"Made an appointment to get flu shot, drove there on time to find that the Pharmacy would not open on that Sunday. Other customers also mentioned about similar experience on the labor day weekend. The Walgreens closest to me correctly identifies that no vaccines appointments on Sunday."

"Bad experience, 2 times promised estimated time of picking up my pills, this guys in never do on time, looks like slow or lazy"

"Was told scrip was not approved although my insurance did indeed approve it. Once that was cleared up, the pharmacist assured me that it was ready for pickup. However, upon my arrival, I was told that my scrip was not in, nor would it ever likely come in due to issues with the supplier. Called CVS right away, they had it and got it to me within 2 hours! WOULD NOT recommend using this pharmacy"

"Called to see when my prescription would b ready to be picked up and they told me they never got it. Yet the day it was called in they told me it would b ready the 28th. So I called the day before to make sure they'd fill it the next day and they said yes, it would b ready the 28th. So wen I called the morning of the 28th to see what time I could pick it up they told me they never received the prescription and all but told me I was lying. They said prescriptions don't just disappear and I never spoke to anyone before about it. Without this medication I get REALLY sick. So, needless to say, I still do not have my medication because they lost it and won't admit to it ever being there. Good job Walgreens."
