"I wish I could make this no stars. My last trip to CVS on Amherst St next to Wendy's was a horrible experience. Not only was the clerk not willing to help us with GoodRX which could have saved us half the price of the prescription but once I got home I realized she didn't even bother to make sure it went through our insurance! I could go on about being put on hold for over an hour when I try to call them but what's the point. She treated us like second class citizens and we were putting her out by shopping there."
"The robocalls and texts are unwanted and intrusive. Pharmacy techs are abrupt and generally less-than-pleasant. Prescriptions are not always filled by communicated time, employees occasionally seem to have difficulty finding filled prescriptions in the pharmacy. Not the biggest issues in the world, but annoying enough that I plan to have future prescriptions filled elsewhere."
