"The staff was so helpful at this location, they advised me to look for coupons to help mitigate the cost of an expensive medication that I needed to pay cash for. The process was easy and the store has good hours to access the pharmacy."
"Time for some customer interaction etiquette training. Almost everyone there is awesome, except there is one girl that is consistently rude, and while I can't remember the name of the girl that answered the phone this morning I would bet $1,000 it's the same girl. You know who you are... You don't respond to a customer with "and who are you?" in a tone that clearly suggests you're being put out after they've explained why they're calling... it's rude. How hard is it to say "I'll be glad to help you, can I get your first & last name?" Not to mention that most companies who service customers monthly and whi tex the same # I called from have an IVR system that brings up customer and/or patient information based on the phone number they're calling from. You don't want to be sworn at? Don't be rude!"
"Overall good. Never had a problem. Can you say that about cvs. Who are the worst. So if you want to leave cvs and go here you will be making a wise choice. So what it's not open 24 hours a day. Do you really need your perks aT 330 am Sunday morn? Yes? Well get help."
"My family and I have been very happy with the services this pharmacy has provided throughout our many years with them. Their entire staff have always been very welcoming and professional unlike other pharmacies that make you feel like just another number. If ever we've needed consultation about a specific medication, they've always made the time available to address any of our questions or concerns. One of the many features that we love is they conveniently provide up to date notifications via text messages of when a specific medication is in need of refill as well as when the medication is ready for pickup. Even though it's technically part of a large corporation such as Costco, this pharmacy provides that personable, friendly, small town type of service that's often lacking at other places. We highly recommend them for all of your pharmacy needs. We want to thank the entire staff and to let you know just how much we appreciate each of you for always providing us with the best and most efficient service."
"I have had two different experiences with this particular Costco pharmacy. The first one was very positive. My husband had a prescription sent there. I called it in before they were even open and the woman was very friendly and helpful. We went to pick up the prescription and they didn't have a 3 month supply, so they gave us a 2 month supply. Not a big deal. The price of the medicine was MUCH less than Target, and we don't have health insurance so it makes a big difference. This time around, I needed a prescription for eye drops for conjunctivitis. The man on the phone was pretty rude and seemed very busy and bothered that I was checking to see if my prescription was ready. Doc hadn't even called it in yet. My husband went to pick up the prescription, they told him it would be done in 30 minutes, waited next to some smelly yocals, and after 30 minutes they told him they were out of the medication (both drops and gel!), and that we would have to find a different pharmacy. Pros: super inexpensive even without health insurance Cons: out of stock of basic medicines, rude staff, busy"
