"I picked this pharmacy because they had the lowest GoodRX price for a prescription, and our prescription plan is usually more money for more common prescriptions. I showed the pharmacy staff the GoodRx coupon on my phone. However, their price was showing as more than double what the coupon price was. I should have left the prescription there, but we needed it. I called GoodRx, and they callef Hannaford to see if they would issue me a refund. Hannaford refused because I had already paid for the medication. I have never had an issue with any other pharmacy using GoodRx. Apparently, you have to call them before you pay for the prescription to resolve issues. The GoodRX representative that I spoke with told me that often pharmacies call them if there is a price difference in order to help their customers get the best price on their medication. Hannaford didn't seem to care about this. There used to be a very caring pharmacist at this location. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I will not be using this pharmacy again. This felt very much like a bait and switch tactic. I will stick with the other pharmacies that do not have issues with honoring the online GoodRX prices."
