"I recently lost my husband and I’ve had to deal with all of the yard equipment myself. I didn’t know how to prepare them for each season, snowblower for the winter and trimming things for the fall, summer and the spring so I asked around and people recommended Coastal Rental. So over the last 10 months, I’ve taken my equipment to them had it serviced and prepared for usage and at the end of the season prepared for storage. They explain how each piece of equipment needed to be started and used safely so that I didn’t injure myself, they gave the items tuneups and I am comfortable using these things now and recommend this company highly. So far I have had my push and ride on lawnmower, weed wacker/trimmer and snowblower all serviced at Coastal. Even as a totally inexperienced yard worker woman I can now understand how to use and maintain the equipment. The other thing I appreciated was, I didn’t feel that they ripped me off servicing anything just because I was a woman and I thought it was very fairly priced."

"After failing to schedule an engine hoist rental for the correct date, costal was responsive and helpful, they were able to move the date to the correct at no additional charge. They made the decision to close for Saturday (2-4-23) to not subject their employees to harsh conditions (awesome). Because of this they offered to deliver the hoist a day early at no additional cost. Can't say enough good things about this company!"

"Brought my B&S portable generator in for repairing. Cost was outrageous $325 and it still is not starting. They charged me again and still having problems. I have to spray inside the air filter for this to start. Horrible small engine repair work and No Guarantee on work offered. Stay away ."
